Wayne Winner, CEO, is the founder of TechScape, Inc. Wayne holds a BS in Agronomy and an MS in Horticulture from Rutgers University. He has been involved in the Green Industry for over forty years, served as President of the Texas Association of Landscape Contractors (TALC), and Treasurer and Vice Chairman of the RISE (Responsible Industry for a Sound Environment) Board. Wayne continues to set an example of excellence in the industry.

Kevin Winner, CLP, President and COO, is responsible for the company's leadership direction and commitment to high quality products and services. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Colorado State University. Kevin is a Certified Landscape Professional (CLP) and has over ten years of experience in the professional landscape industry. He oversees the daily operations of TechScape and is responsible for developing and managing our team of professionals.

Jennifer Winner, Director of Human Resources, and co-founder of TechScape, Inc., is also responsible for the company’s success. Jennifer encourages and enables ongoing personal and professional development for each member of our team. She implements organizational procedures, and brings together a true spirit of enthusiasm, commitment and continuity within our company.

Sue Blaydes, Director of Garden Services, has a degree in Ornamental Horticulture and has earned licenses in both Pesticide and Irrigation. She is also recognized as a Texas Certified Nurseryman. With over twelve years of experience in the management of residential estates and resort properties, Sue has become an expert at developing and managing elegant gardens. Sue brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience, in addition to an overwhelming passion for gardening.

Linda Calvert, Office and Customer Service Manger, has been with TechScape for over twenty years. She has been instrumental in the growth and success of TechScape, Inc. and continues to create and implement new and innovative ideas. Linda understands the needs and expectations of our clients and she responds promptly and efficiently to their concerns and ideas.

George Elking, CLT, Senior Account Manager, oversees special projects and manages several of our Specialty Commercial properties. George has been with TechScape for over eighteen years. George is a Certified Landscape Technician as well as a Certified Pesticide Applicator (242243). In addition, he has attended many technical seminars and landscape industry conventions.

Lake Wilcoxson, Specialty Commercial Account Manager, studied Turf Grass Management at Tarleton State University. Lake has several years of experience in the golf course industry specializing in Turf Grass Management and Sports Field Management. Lake also has experience working with a well established landscape firm in Dallas managing commercial accounts. Lake is a Licensed Commercial Pesticide Applicator, License 0438345.

Randy Powell, Irrigation Manager, oversees the quality and development of the irrigation department. Randy has over thirty-five years of experience in the Green Industry. He studied Business Management in college and has owned and operated his own business for over thirty years. Randy has earned his Irrigators License (LI 6480) and his Backflow License (3154). He is a Certified Water Auditor and Certified Nurseryman. Randy is active in the industry and continues to help TechScape improve our environment through water conservation.

Amberlee Black, Garden Designer, has spent over ten years designing and managing Texas gardens. She earned her degree in horticulture from Texas A&M University and is a Licensed Irrigator (12855). Amberlee focuses on garden make overs, redesigns and additions to adapt gardens to the owner's vision.

Cathy Arroyo, Administrative Assistant, joined TechScape ten years ago. She is responsible for TechScape's administrative duties as well as handling the payables. Cathy offers a true spirit of enthusiasm and commitment to TechScape and our clients.

TechScape crew foremen are talented, dedicated, and highly trained professionals, averaging over nine years experience in the landscape industry. They speak fluent English and undergo continual training in sound and innovative horticultural practices.
