Do your employees speak English? Can I communicate with your crews in English?
Yes. All of our Crew Leaders are fluent in English and are easily identified by their white uniform. In addition, all of our crews are equipped with phones for immediate communication with the office and other team members.

How many people do I have to talk with to get a solution?
TechScape relies heavily on team work; however, each client has one point of contact to eliminate any confusion and insure that all of your expectations are met.

How do I know when you will perform Maintenance Service?
Our maintenance services are designed around our clients. The same foreman and crew visit your property on a consistent schedule each week. This means the same men will show up at the same time on the same day each week. There are exceptions in the event a crew member is sick or rain prevents us from performing services on our scheduled day.

Do you have the ability to do Landscape Design?
Yes. TechScape has several designers on staff that have the knowledge and expertise to create a landscape so beautiful, you will want to live outside. In addition, we have Licensed Landscape Architects that can design the outdoor living area you have always dreamed of.

What happens when a landscape job is complete?
In most cases, TechScape creates a Customized Landscape Management program designed in your best interests.
